Randy has been working in the Cape Cod real estate market since 1998. He is a 1982 graduate of Deerfield Academy and was awarded a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell University in 1986. Prior to joining Chatham Village Realty, he was a Vice-President and Private Banker with BankBoston, where he served high-net-worth individuals in all aspects of asset management and estate planning. Randy brought this experience to his real estate career and has handled a wide variety of fiduciary real estate transactions for his clients and estate attorneys. He has been a sales and rental associate with Chatham Village Realty since 1998, and has managed the business since 2002. Randy is a frequent Cape Cod real estate guest on the syndicated “Money Matters” radio program Mortgage Mondays, which can be heard locally on WPLM AM 1390.
Randy's approach to real estate, whether he is representing buyers or sellers, is simple: provide each and every client with the highest level of service, respect, and integrity. Randy and his wife Maggie live in Chatham with their twin sons David and Owen, who attend Chatham Elementary School. In addition to spending his free time with his family, Randy enjoys playing golf at Eastward Ho! Country Club, where he is co-chair of the Greens Committee and also serves on the Board of Governors and Executive Committee. Randy has also been active in the community as a board member and former two-term President of the Riverbay Association, a member of the Town of Chatham Personnel Committee, a local fundraiser for the March of Dimes, a board member and Public Address announcer for the Chatham A's baseball team, and a board member and Treasurer of the Chatham Platform Tennis Association.
